Wire Glue provided a permanent repair, now over two years old, and still working great.

Problem

Solution

The torn-off connector was surface mounted, so there was no easy way to solder it back. The solution was Wire Glue applied to the broken off pins.The connector was then carefully re-seated on the motherboard and the Wire Glue allowed to dry overnight.
